The Grove Brings Business Back to Pinellas County Neighborhood

Pinellas County Economic Development Provides Crucial Services to New Business Village in North Greenwood

We’re proud to share exciting progress on The Grove @ 1105 a new community-driven business village designed to bring opportunity back to North Greenwood. This project, led by the Clearwater Urban Leadership Coalition in partnership with the City of Clearwater, Pinellas County, and the North Greenwood Community Redevelopment Agency, will transform repurposed shipping containers into affordable spaces for local entrepreneurs, small businesses, and community activity.

Once a thriving business hub, North Greenwood has faced years of disinvestment. The Grove represents a major step toward economic revitalization, job creation, and community pride. With space for at least 15 permanent businesses and additional pop-ups, plus training and support for business owners, we’re building a place where families can work, grow, and gather again right here in our neighborhood.
