A New Destination for Economic Growth in North Greenwood, Clearwater, Florida The Village @ The Grove is more than a collection of businesses.
Developed through the efforts of the Clearwater Urban Leadership Coalition (CULC), The Village @ The Grove is designed to create opportunities for small business owners, stimulate local economic activity, generate employment opportunities, and establish a vibrant gathering place where residents and visitors can shop, dine, connect, and celebrate community.
Join us for the 12th Annual Community Family Fun Night on Saturday, October 24, 2026, from 4:30–9:30 PM at Walter C. Campbell Park in Clearwater! This free community event will feature rides, bounce houses, rock climbing, games, face painting, food, vendors, prizes, and fun for the entire family.
